Caleb’s Services provides lawn, snow, and yard care services in the Anchorage Bowl.

We utilize a variety of equipment, including yard tools, plow trucks, snow blowers, tractors, and loaders.

We are currently seeking an all-season team member. 

**Duties include:**
– Operating hand tools, lawnmowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, shovels, plow trucks, loaders, and tractors
– Performing equipment maintenance 
– Organizing gear 
– Driving a company truck

**Requirements:**
– Must be 16 years or older
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
– Willingness to pass a background and drug test
– Capability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours
– Must be able to work in all weather conditions
– Team player
– Clean driving record
– Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone

**Work Schedule:**
**Summer:** Monday to Thursday with 10-hour workdays; overtime and bonuses may be available on occasion. Typical work hours are 8-6
**Winter:** Workdays will occur whenever it snows (generally with a 24-hour notice), consisting of 10-14 hour shifts, with the possibility of multiple days. Typical work hours are 3 AM – 2 PM
